Shipping policy

In Portugal, orders are shipped by CTT and VASP, with tracking on every delivery. For international orders we use an express carrier.

Processing: 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery in mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Azores and Madeira: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the local carrier’s services.

Returns: You may return your item up to 30 days after receipt, with no need to provide a reason.

• If the item is delivered damaged, defective, or with any issue, return costs are our responsibility.

• If you wish to return the item for refund or exchange (without defect), return costs are the customer's responsibility.
