Will my cat use it instead of the sofa?
That is the idea: a vertical scratcher gives height to sharpen claws, which is exactly what your cat looks for on the arm of the sofa. Place it near the spot they already use — the switch happens faster that way.
What is a pre-order and when does the item ship?
When an item is on pre-order, your unit is reserved and ships in order of purchase, from the date shown on the product page. If your order has other items in stock, those ship right away, separately — and the order stays «confirmed» until the last item leaves.
When will I get my order?
Order before 1 p.m. and you receive it within 2 working days in mainland Portugal (3 working days if you order after 1 p.m.). The islands take 3 to 5 working days. You get the tracking number as soon as the order leaves.
What if it doesn't work out at home?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. We arrange the label and the pickup at no cost to you — returns are free. The item must come back clean, with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.
What warranty does it have?
Three years. If something fails through a manufacturing defect we repair or replace it at no cost — just contact us with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (including prepaid), MB WAY, PayPal, Klarna, Multibanco and bank transfer. If a Multibanco reference expires, the order cancels itself and you simply place a new one.
