The PetMaison Duo arrives fully assembled. To get started, simply clip in the two bowls and plug it in.
Step 1: Remove the unit from the box and place it on a flat, stable surface, away from moisture.
Step 2: Clip the food bowl and the water bowl into their respective positions. They click in simply and instantly.
Step 3: Fill the food reservoir with dry food and the water reservoir with clean water.
Step 4: Plug the PetMaison Duo into the mains. The system is ready to go.
To set schedules, portions and preferences, configuration is done through the app. You can download it in the next tab.
