The PetMaison Box combines: an advanced deodorising system with TiO₂ technology, a sealed waste bag and an anti-odour coating. The result is a clean, neutral, controlled environment.

After each use, the system detects your cat leaving and automatically starts the cleaning cycle. Waste is separated, sealed in its own compartment and odours neutralised, with no manual intervention.

You open the compartment on top of the Box and change the bag. It depends on how many cats you have: average autonomy of 7 to 15 days, 9 L drawer capacity. You can go away with peace of mind, without compromising hygiene.

You need to confirm the change in the app: open Smart Life and choose «Change Bag». The warning clears in about 3 minutes.

The Box connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (5 GHz does not work). Hold «Auto/Connect» for 2 seconds and follow the pairing in the Smart Life app. A steady blue light means connected; blinking means connecting.

Yes. The Smart Life app is available in several languages, it is free, and it is optional — the Box works without it.

No. The Box does not create per-cat profiles — it records the cycles, it does not identify who went in.

There is no consumable filter. The box comes with a filter mesh that you wash and reuse — no replacements to buy.

About once a month: the globe with warm water and a neutral detergent, and the inner mat underneath. The tray is not a consumable.

Two things, and they work best together: the PetMaison Curtain cuts down the litter thrown from inside, and the PetMaison Pure Step catches what leaves on the paws. Neither stops it 100%.

When an item is on pre-order, your unit is reserved and ships in order of purchase, from the date shown on the product page. If your order has other items in stock, those ship right away, separately — and the order stays «confirmed» until the last item leaves.

Card (including prepaid), MB WAY, PayPal, Klarna, Multibanco and bank transfer. If a Multibanco reference expires, the order cancels itself and you simply place a new one.

Write to us with your order number, the serial number of the device and photos or a short video of what is happening. We diagnose it remotely and tell you the next step: we send the part, collect the device or replace it.

We arrange the collection and it costs you nothing. Transport, repair, parts and returning the device to you are all covered by the warranty.

At our own premises in Portugal, by our technicians. We have no walk-in service point, and you do not need to travel anywhere: we collect the device from your home on a day agreed with you, repair it and return it, at no cost to you.

If the fault is covered by the warranty and the device cannot be repaired, we replace it, at no extra cost.

No. The warranty is valid without it. If you can keep it, it makes transport easier should the device need to be collected.

For safety, automatic mode should not be used by cats under 1 kg — this is the manufacturer’s own recommendation. Above that weight, the sensors detect and protect your cat normally.

Yes. It supports cats up to 11 kg, as stated in the manufacturer’s manual — above that weight performance may be affected. The spacious interior keeps larger cats comfortable, within that limit.

Avoid non-clumping litter (such as loose silica crystals) and granules larger than 10mm — they can block the automatic cleaning system or stop the sensors from detecting properly.

No. The weight sensors detect your cat and automatically stop or prevent the cleaning cycle from starting while it is inside the box.

The barrel and the litter tray can be washed with water. The base contains electrical components and must not get wet — clean it with a damp cloth only. We recommend a full clean every 1 to 3 months.

Yes. Automatic mode is on by default as soon as the box is switched on, and it keeps cleaning itself even without an internet connection.

No. The app is entirely optional — the box works on its own. When connected, it lets you follow the cleaning cycles, monitor your cat’s weight and habits, and get real-time alerts.

The PetMaison Box needs to be plugged in to run the automatic cleaning cycles. If the power goes out, the cycle pauses and resumes automatically as soon as it comes back, with no need to set anything up again.

It depends on how many cats you have: with the 9L drawer, it typically lasts 7 to 15 days. On warmer days we recommend changing the bag every 3 days (for 1 cat) to keep the room neutral.

We recommend checking the litter level regularly and topping it up whenever needed, without going over the maximum line marked on the tray — this reduces waste sticking to the bottom and keeps the cleaning cycle efficient.

You have 30 days to try the PetMaison Box at home. If, by the end of that period, your cat hasn’t adapted, you can return the product with no trouble.

The PetMaison Box has a 3-year warranty. In case of a fault or manufacturing defect within that period, we handle the whole assessment and repair process.

The warranty covers faults and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, moisture in the electrical components of the base, unsuitable litter or work by unauthorised third parties.

Just contact our customer support — we send the return label and arrange the pickup. The product must come back clean, with all accessories, in its original packaging. The label and the pickup are on us.

Install the free Smart Life app and plug the Box in near your router. On the Box panel, press and hold «Auto/Link» for about 2 seconds, until you hear a long beep and the Wi-Fi indicator starts blinking quickly. In the app, tap «Add device»: the Box appears in the list on its own, under its factory name «Ti Pro25 Smart Litter Box». Choose your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (the Box does not connect to 5 GHz networks), enter the password and wait for the connection steps. At the end you can rename it whatever you like. The app is available in several languages, and the Box also works without it, in automatic mode.
